Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with our target audience using different social media platforms.

  • Develop visually captivating graphics, images, videos, and animations specifically tailored for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Design social media posts, banners, cover photos, and profile pictures that align with the brand’s identity and message while adhering to platform-specific guidelines and dimensions.
  • Create a complete month Social Media Calendar in advance of the next Month, meet the deadlines for submissions
  • Create short-form videos, including promotional videos, product demos, how-to guides, and engaging storytelling content for platforms like Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Capture or source high-quality photos and visuals that resonate with the brand’s voice and style, ensuring they are optimized for social media use.
  • Select and apply appropriate fonts, typography styles, and text overlays to enhance the readability and impact of visual content.
  • Design and produce animated graphics and GIFs to add dynamic elements to social media posts and stories.
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all social media visuals, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, design trends, and emerging technologies to create content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media team, content creators, and marketing teams to align design assets with overall marketing and communication strategies.
  • Monitor the performance of social media visuals and adjust designs based on user engagement and analytics data.
  • Create visually appealing ad creatives for paid social media campaigns, adhering to platform-specific ad requirements.
  • Engage with the social media audience through creative responses, comments, and interactive content to foster community growth.
  • Provide Reports for all the Platforms as per Companies Requirement
