Role & Responsibilities
- Outreach and Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our
services and create interest in our offerings. - Client Consultation: Understand the specific needs and expectations of clients
- Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about the services, procedures, and
pricing offered by our clinic. - Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule consultation appointments for interested
clients, ensuring a seamless process. - Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and
guide them through the decision-making process. - Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the clinic’s
growth. - Record Keeping: Accurately document client interactions and sales activities in our CRM
system.
