We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and convincing them to make a purchase or take a desired action. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or lists.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their interest and needs.
- Present our products or services persuasively, emphasizing their value proposition.
- Address and overcome objections and concerns to facilitate successful sales or conversions
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Continuously follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and objections to improve marketing and sales strategies.
